Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We currently ship across Canada and US.

Carriers
We use trusted carriers such as Chit Chats, Canada Post, and USPS to offer reliable, trackable delivery.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We’re a small batch brand and cannot accept returns or exchanges on skincare for health and safety reasons.

That said, we care deeply about your experience. If there’s an issue with your order—such as damage in transit or a product concern—please email us at dewpure@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package. We’ll do our best to make it right.

📦 Damaged or Lost Packages

We carefully package each order, but if your product arrives damaged or goes missing during shipping, please let us know as soon as possible with photos (if applicable). We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
