Shipping in Canada is notoriously pricey, often ranging anywhere from $14–$22 for a small parcel. At dew.pure, we keep things easy: $9 flat-rate shipping anywhere in Canada. No surprises, no inflated fees—just reliable delivery of your skincare essentials, straight to your doorstep . We currently ship across Canada.

We use trusted carriers such as Chit Chats and Canada Post to offer reliable, trackable delivery.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We’re a small batch brand and cannot accept returns or exchanges on skincare for health and safety reasons.

That said, we care deeply about your experience. If there’s an issue with your order—such as damage in transit or a product concern—please email us at dewpure@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package. We’ll do our best to make it right.

📦 Damaged or Lost Packages

We carefully package each order, but if your product arrives damaged or goes missing during shipping, please let us know as soon as possible with photos (if applicable). We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
